Here are our Terms and Conditions for booking all children's and family sessions.
1. You must email or phone to check availability before paying via PayPal.
2. Your phone call or email booking only counts as provisional. To secure your full booking, you need to return our completed Parental Consent form and payment.
3. You must return your completed form and payment within two weeks of making a provisional booking, otherwise you will automatically go on the reserve list.
4. We will confirm your booking in writing once payment has been made.
5. Payment must be made by cheque payable to BEES, or via Paypal.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel, the following will apply:
If you cancel your booking more than one month before the project start date, you will be given a full refund.
If you cancel your booking three weeks before the project start date, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations less than three weeks before the project start date.
